there are analytical challenges with these sugars that a feed testing lab w=

analysis. How rapidly various sugars are fermented in the rumen, and the
subsequent impact on the rumen microbes, is a key question we need to answe=

een
renewed interest in correction of hernias. At the Miner Institute farm, a
hernia in a 10-week-old calf that measured “two fingers” was
successfully wrapped for three weeks to allow the stomach muscles to over g=
row
the hernia. Another calf had a 9-inch hernia behind the umbilicus at birth.=
It
was allowed to grow to post-weaning age and surgery was performed at the fa=
rm.
This is the largest hernia our practice has ever attempted to repair, so we
consider it to be an “experimental case.” One week post-op the
incision is holding, but we realize that a cure cannot be pronounced for a =
full
month. Cost of surgery was $150 to save a $800-1=

Brady was born in 1856, starting his working life as=

Diamond Jim was a gourmand, with a legendary appetit=

main course was two whole ducks, six or seven lobsters, a sirloin steak, two
servings of terrapin and a variety of vegetables, all washed down with huge=

two-pound box of candy. Brady loved chocolates, and when his favorite choco=
